Kate Murray's Helpline is a service designed for residents seeking information and assistance from town government. The Helpline will provide answers, quickly and accurately, to the many questions residents may have regarding the wide range of municipal services available to them. Messages received will be answered by letter or by phone by the appropriate Town personnel, as soon as possible. Please Note: Town Hall is open for business between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All messages received during off hours will be reviewed after Town Hall reopens. During a snow fall, the Town of Hempstead makes every effort to keep the roadways cleared and passable.
