Child Safety ID Program | Winter 2017

The Child Safety I.D. Program features a safety kit that contains potential lifesaving information to be used in the event of an emergency. The safety kit allows parents to document their child’s medical data, dental records and other personal information, completely free of charge. To maximize the effectiveness of the kit, the Clerk’s Office can provide a photo (free of charge), fngerprinting and directions for you to include DNA (hair sample). All information that is assembled is retained by family or a guardian, and no records are kept by the town, ensuring your child’s complete privacy.

Additionally, the following is a list of dates and locations where the Town Clerk will be visiting to offer the Child Safety I.D. Program. Call the Town Clerk's Office for further information at (516) 489-5000, extension 3046.
