The resurgent men’s and women’s basketball teams at Hofstra University are in the midst of outstanding seasons that could land them both in the prestigious NCAA Tournament. As the Hofstra “Pride” play their way towards “March Madness,” hometown fans can enjoy special Town Of Hempstead Days at upcoming games.
On Friday evening, February 6th, the Hofstra Women take on the James Madison “Dukes” at 7 p.m. in the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex on North campus. On Thursday, February 12th at 7 p.m. the Hofstra Men play the Northeastern “Huskies” in a potential battle for the Colonial Athletic Association regular season title.
Specially priced tickets to both games can be ordered on the town web site at www.toh.li or by calling the Hofstra Athletic Ticket Office at (516) 463-8499.
